1. Introduction

Welcome to JetRent America. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Definitions

"Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to JetRent LLC, operating as JetRent America.

"Client", "You", or "Your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our services.

"Services" refers to private jet charter services provided by JetRent America.

"Website" refers to jetrent.pro and all related subdomains.

3. Charter Services

3.1 JetRent America provides private jet charter services subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 All charter quotes are estimates and subject to change based on actual flight conditions, routing, fuel prices, and other factors.

3.3 Charter confirmations are subject to aircraft availability, crew availability, airport restrictions, and weather conditions.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and signed charter agreement.

4.2 Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 72 hours before departure: 25% of total charter cost
- 24-72 hours before departure: 50% of total charter cost
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of total charter cost

4.3 Changes to itinerary may result in additional charges.

5. Payment

5.1 Full payment is required prior to flight departure unless otherwise specified in the charter agreement.

5.2 Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, credit card, and approved escrow services.

5.3 Additional charges may apply for services requested during the charter that were not included in the original quote.

6. Membership Program

6.1 Membership benefits are subject to the terms specified in the membership agreement.

6.2 Membership fees are non-refundable.

6.3 JetRent America reserves the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 JetRent America is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or force majeure events.

7.2 Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific charter service.

7.3 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
